  My wife and I went to Nick's this past Friday. We went around 3:00pm so there were not many patrons there. We sat outside on the deck which was lovely. We waited at least 15 minutes to be acknowledged by our server. During that 15 minutes a couple got seated next to us, they ordered and received their drinks before we were even greeted by our unfriendly waitress. I received old (brown) mint in my drink. After waiting a very long time for our food, as well as having empty water glasses, my wife went to find our server and ask if the food would be ready soon and if we could have some more water. When the food finally came out, my wife's salad tasted pretty good but was missing ingredients that the server later brought out and my Stromboli was warm, not hot like it had been sitting in the pass for awhile, again, please note, it was 3:00pm and the restaurant was nowhere near full. So overall, beautiful outside deck, standard food and TERRIBLE service! Next time we're in Lake Harmony we will be going to the TerraCottage.

  Terrible waitress, seated outside, waited over 10 minutes for someone to come over to our table while servers attended other tables right next to us. When the waitress finally came to our table from inside the building I greeted her with "Hi, how are you tonight" her response was an angry "I'm busy what do you want to drink"! When I told her my wife and I could give her our food order, I asked her a question about the menu she became even more angry like she doesn't have time for this. I finally said "listen, if you are this too busy and you don't have time to take our order we can go somewhere else. She then backed off a slightly. My wife ordered as one of her appetizers the ceaser salad, when it came most of the lettuce was bad (turning brown). When the rest of the food came the lettuce on my steak sub was also brown. Terrible food, terrible service. Would never recommend this place unless you like being treated badly and throwing money away.
